1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Win Ollie Bearman meet & Belgian F1 Travel Experience prize draw competition' (the “Contest”) operated by Motorsport Events LLC, a United States of America liability limited company with its principal office located 5972 NE 4th Avenue, Miami, Florida. 33137 and its subsidiary or subsidiaries ("Our", "Us" and "We") via our social media channels. (the “Platform” or “Platforms”).

1.2. Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms set out who can enter the Contest, how the Contest will be run, the prizes available and any other important terms regarding the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree you have accepted these Terms and to be bound by them.

1.3. Any entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms shall be disqualified and will not be accepted.

1.4. Our Privacy Notice, available at https://motorsportevents.com/en/legal/privacynotice and the Addendum located here (together the “Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy governs how we may use the data we collect from you.

1.5. If you enter the contest in accordance with these Terms you could win the two-part main prize – Part 1 is to meet Ollie Bearman face-to-face at Autosport International on Saturday 11 January 2025. Part 2 is a Motorsport Travel Destinations Spa Glamping travel package for the 2025 Belgian F1 Grand Prix. By entering the Contest you confirm you are eligible to claim the Prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Contest is open to all ticket purchasers who buy a ticket to Autosport International by 23:59 on Saturday 30th November 2024. Entrants must be 18 years old at the date of entry, hold a valid passport and must be able to comply with these Terms.

2.2. The Contest is not open to our employees, agents or directors (or their family members) or any of our associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or anyone else professionally connected with us or the contest.

2.3. Each contestant can only enter once. Entries from third-party, automated entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be deemed invalid, disqualified and shall not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries unsuccessfully submitted.

 2.4. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as We consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant, including but not limited to proof of age and/or residency, and Prizes may be withheld until and unless We are satisfied with the verification.

3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

3.1. The winner(s) will be drawn at random on 2 December 2024.

3.2. Entry is by purchasing a ticket(s) to Autosport International 2025.

3.3. The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets purchased for Autosport International 2024 by 30th November 2024.

4. WINNERS

4.1. The winner will be selected from those entries that comply with these Terms.

4.2. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges' decision is final. The full name of the judges is available on request. No correspondence shall be entered into.

4.3. Winners will be notified in writing via email within 72 hours of the Contest ending. Proof of identity may be required. The winners shall be entitled to turn down the Prize within five working days of receipt of notification, in which case he or she forfeits all rights to the Prize and an alternative winner will be selected. If a winner fails to respond to claim their prize within five working days of receipt of the notification they shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize and alternative winner will be selected. For the purpose of clarity, receipt shall be assumed upon the sending of an email to the email address provided as part of the notification to the winner.

4.4. We will have the right to disclose the name of the winners and their city/town of residence, and use any/all images for which we have been tagged for marketing purposes. Disclosure of winners will be done on motorsportevents.com. By entering the competition, you agree to permit such disclosure if you are the winner. 5. PRIZES

5.1. Part 1 will be delivered via email, to the email address provided as part of your original show ticket bookings. Part 2 will be delivered by courier to a postal address supplied by you once you have been confirmed as the prize winner. There are no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives and the Prizes are not transferable.

5.2. Where for reasons outside of Our reasonable control We are unable to deliver to the Winner the whole or any part of the Prize, We shall substitute all or part of the Prize offered for an alternative prize which we reasonably nominate.

5.3. The first person to be drawn will win both part 1 and part 2 outlined above. One runner-up prize offering a meet and greet with Ollie Bearman and autographed t-shirt and cap is also included.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you in entering a Contest (whether or not such entry is successful) or in relation to you taking part in a Contest. We do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of accepting the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence. Nothing contained in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights to which you may be entitled as a consumer.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
