You can enter every day of advent. Giving you up to 24 opportunities to get lucky. Please note if you enter for more than just one day, the friend the announcement post is shared with has to be different each day to be a viable entry. Good luck

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the ‘Advent Giveaway prize draw' (the “Contest”) operated by Motorsport Events LLC, a United States of America liability limited company with its principal office located 5972 NE 4th Avenue, Miami, Florida. 33137 and its subsidiary or subsidiaries ("Our", "Us" and "We") via our social media channels. (the “Platform” or “Platforms”).

1.2. Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms set out who can enter the Contest, how the Contest will be run, the prizes available and any other important terms regarding the Contest. By entering the Contest, you agree you have accepted these Terms and to be bound by them.

1.3. Any entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms shall be disqualified and will not be accepted.

1.4. Our Privacy Notice, available at https://motorsportevents.com/en/legal/privacynotice and the Addendum located here (together the “Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy governs how we may use the data we collect from you.

1.5. If you enter the contest in accordance with these Terms you could win one of 24 daily prizes. A daily draw from the 1-24 December, will take place. Every person unlucky from each day will roll into the next day's prize draw. Therefore the earlier you purchase your show tickets and enter the Advent Giveaway, the more chances you will have to win. Up to 24 chances are available By entering the Contest you confirm you are eligible to claim the Prize.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. The Contest is open to all ticket purchasers who buy a ticket to Autosport International up to Tuesday 24th December 2024. Entrants must be 18 years old at the date of entry and must be able to comply with these Terms.

2.2. The Contest is not open to our employees, agents or directors (or their family members) or any of our associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or anyone else professionally connected with us or the contest.

2.3. Each contestant can only enter once. Entries from third-party, automated entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be deemed invalid, disqualified and shall not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries unsuccessfully submitted.

 2.4. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. We may request such information as We consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entrant, including but not limited to proof of age and/or residency, and Prizes may be withheld until and unless We are satisfied with the verification.

3. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

3.1. A daily winner will be drawn at random.

3.2. Entry is upon completing two elements. 1. Purchasing a ticket(s) to Autosport International 2025 that day or any day prior and 2. sharing the announcement post of the prize you would like to be entered for.

3.3. The odds of winning depend on the number of tickets purchased and announcement posts shared.

4. WINNERS

4.1. The winner will be selected from those entries that comply with these Terms.

4.2. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random by independent judges. The judges' decision is final. The full name of the judges is available on request. No correspondence shall be entered into.

4.3. Each prize will be announced at 9am. Draws for that prize close at 23:59 the same day. Winners will be notified in writing via email within the following 24 hours. The winners shall be entitled to turn down the Prize within five working days of receipt of notification, in which case he or she forfeits all rights to the Prize and an alternative winner will be selected. If a winner fails to respond to claim their prize within five working days of receipt of the notification they shall be deemed to have forfeited all rights to the Prize and alternative winner will be selected. For the purpose of clarity, receipt shall be assumed upon the sending of an email to the email address provided as part of the notification to the winner.

4.4. We will have the right to disclose the name of the winners and their city/town of residence, and use any/all images for which we have been tagged for marketing purposes. Disclosure of winners will be done on motorsportevents.com. By entering the competition, you agree to permit such disclosure if you are the winner. Please see our privacy policy for more information on how we use your personal data.

5. PRIZES

5.1. Various prizes. See website for specific details on each daily prize. There are no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives and the Prizes are not transferable.

5.2. Where for reasons outside of Our reasonable control We are unable to deliver to the Winner the whole or any part of the Prize, We shall substitute all or part of the Prize offered for an alternative prize which we reasonably nominate.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you in entering a Contest (whether or not such entry is successful) or in relation to you taking part in a Contest. We do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Contest or as a result of accepting the Prize. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence. Nothing contained in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights to which you may be entitled as a consumer.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

8.2. All enquiries regarding the Contest (including requests for the name of winners) must be received by us within twenty-eight (28) days of the closing date of Contest.
